You select any object above that would look like it belongs in your home or office (from clocks to teddy bears). All you do is plug the device in (if it has a cord) or put batteries in it to get the camera running! Then attach the small receiver (that comes included in your system) to the VCR or TV you already own and just start recording. There are no additional components to buy (every one is a complete system), and... there are no holes to drill or wires to hide.

HIDDEN CAMERAS
All electronic devices have multiple features that come with them. Why are you buying the device? What is it that you want to accomplish? As with all items, there are certain features that you need in a hidden camera -- and you need to know that before you make your purchase.
There are certain features that you need to decide in order to find which hidden camera will work best for you and your needs.
Here are several key features that you are going to want to have with a hidden camera:
- High power – basically what this means is that you are going to want to have one that has a minimum of a 2.4GHz transmitters. In fact, compliance with the FCC standards dictates that the hidden camera has to have that high of a transmitter. This high of a transmitter will allow you to increase your transmission by 1500 feet which will give you about 2500 feet total
- X-vision – this is a feature that only comes on hidden cameras that are in black and white. IX-vision allows you to get the best possible images in almost complete darkness, meaning there doesn’t have to be much light in the room to get the best visual possible. f you prefer a color camera then you will be limited on when and where you can record.
- Size – basically you are going to be looking for a camera that is has about a 3 mm lens with a wide angle
- Resolution – 400 lines for black and white and 380 lines for color
- Power required – 12V DC/110V AC
- Min. Illumination - .05 Lux for black and white and 1 Lux for color
